Job Title: Executive Marketer

Location: Ikoku Autoparts Market Elelewon, Port Harcourt - Rivers
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

  • The Executive Sales Marketer is responsible for generating leads, driving sales growth, building strong client relationships, and promoting the company’s products or services to achieve revenue targets.
  • The role requires proactive market engagement, strategic prospecting, and strong negotiation skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities through field marketing, networking, cold calling, and referrals.
  • Promote and sell company products/services to prospective and existing clients.
  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals professionally.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, leads, and client interactions.
  • Provide after-sales support and maintain long-term client relationships.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (operations, finance, customer service) to ensure smooth service delivery.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports.

KPIs (Performance Indicators)

  • Revenue generated
  • Number of new clients acquired
  • Conversion rate
  • Customer retention rate
  • Sales growth percentage.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree / HND in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 2–4 years proven experience in sales and marketing.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Good knowledge of digital marketing tools and CRM systems (added advantage).
  • Self-motivated and results-driven.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.

Salary
N150,000 - N200,000 per month.
