Job Title: Marketer

Job Description
- We are seeking a proactive and results-oriented Marketer to drive customer acquisition, occupancy, and revenue growth across our coworking services.
Key Responsibilities
- Actively marketing and selling hot desks, private offices, and meeting rooms
- Generating and converting walk-in, online, and corporate leads
- Conducting field marketing activities including client visits, partnerships, and outreach
- Managing digital marketing activities across social media, messaging platforms, and online listings
- Following up enquiries, closing sales, and maintaining client relationships
- Developing and executing promotional campaigns, offers, and packages
- Tracking daily and monthly sales performance against set targets
- Providing regular sales and market feedback to management
Qualifications
- Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree, HND, or OND with 2-3 years experience.
Experience:
- Previous experience in sales, marketing, business development, or customer acquisition
- Experience in coworking spaces, real estate, hospitality, or service-based businesses is an advantage
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets
- Experience with both field marketing and digital marketing channels
- Familiarity with CRM tools, spreadsheets, or sales tracking systems is desirable

Salary
N80,000 - N100,000 / Month Plus Commission.
