Job Title: Sales Manager

Job Summary

  • The Sales Manager is responsible for achieving branch targets through direct bulk sales to corporates andHNIs(CEOs, Ministers) while managing the performance of the boutique team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive B2B and B2C sales to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
  • Cultivate and maintain relationships with top executives, government officials, and captains of industry.
  • Manage, coach, and motivate the sales team to ensure high performance and adherence to the 5-C framework.
  • Oversee boutique operations, including visual merchandising, stock control, and compliance.
  • Report on market trends, competitor activity, and sales performance to Head Office.
  • Conduct regular team meetings and training sessions to address skill gaps.
  • Handle high-level client complaints and ensure swift resolution.
  • Plan and execute in-store events and exclusive shopping experiences for VIP clients.
  • Monitor individual sales performance and implement improvement plans where necessary.
  • Ensure the boutique is adequately staffed and schedules are managed efficiently.

Requirements & Skills

  • Education: B.Sc. or HND in Marketing, Business Administration, Economics, or related field. An MBA is an added advantage.
  • Experience: Minimum 8-10 years in luxury sales, with at least 3 years in management.
  • Industry Background: Luxury Retail, Premium Lifestyle Brands, Corporate Gifting firms, or High-End Automotive Sales Management.
