Job Title: Procurement Assistant

Responsibilties
- Male applicants only, fresh graduates are advised to apply.
- Assist in sourcing suppliers and vendors, obtaining quotes, and negotiating terms.
- Process purchase requisitions, supplier selection, and contracting.
- Maintain and update procurement records, files, and reports.
- Support bid processes and expedite orders to ensure timely delivery.
- Verify and prepare procurement documents for accuracy and compliance.
- Collaborate with internal teams to understand purchasing needs and priorities.
- Monitor supplier performance and maintain positive vendor relationships.
