Job Title: ARCON Certified Design Architect

Location: Lekki, Lagos

Job Summary

• We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Design Architect to join a construction company in Lekki, Lagos.
• The ideal candidate will be responsible for translating design concepts into functional, aesthetic architectural and interior solutions, while working closely with site and production teams to ensure high-quality execution from concept to completion.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop architectural and interior design concepts based on client requirements.
• Produce detailed drawings, 3D models, and technical specifications.
• Collaborate with site teams, fabricators, and contractors to ensure accurate execution.
• Select appropriate materials, finishes, and fittings for projects.
• Review and revise designs based on feedback, budget, and site constraints.
• Stay updated on construction and interior design trends and materials.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or a related field.
• 3–5 years proven experience in construction or architectural design roles.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, 3Ds Max, or similar tools.
• Strong understanding of construction detailing and materials.
• Must be ARCON certified.

Salary
N800,000 monthly.
