Job Title: Business Development Manager / Real Estate Marketer

Location: Lekki, Lagos

Job Overview

  • We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Real Estate Marketer / Business Development Manager to join our team in Lekki, Lagos.
  • This role is ideal for a former banker with strong marketing and relationship management experience who can leverage an existing client base to drive property sales and strategic partnerships.
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for generating leads, closing high-value real estate deals, and building long-term relationships with high-net-worth individuals and corporate clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic marketing and business development plans for residential, commercial, and short-let properties
  • Leverage existing banking-sector relationships to generate and convert real estate opportunities
  • Identify, engage, and manage new clients, investors, landlords, and corporate organizations
  • Promote property listings through site inspections, client presentations, digital marketing, and direct engagement
  • Conduct negotiations and successfully close property transactions
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with high-net-worth individuals (HNIs) and corporate clients
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction
  • Prepare periodic sales and performance reports
  • Stay updated on Lagos real estate market trends, pricing, and competitor activities.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years experience in bank marketing, relationship management, or business development
  • Former banker (Commercial, Retail, or Corporate Banking background preferred)
  • Existing client base that can be converted into real estate opportunities
  • Proven experience in real estate marketing or sales is an added advantage
  • Strong knowledge of the Lagos real estate market (Lekki, Ajah, Victoria Island preferred)
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Valid driver’s license with strong driving ability (mandatory)
  • Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets
  • Professional appearance with high ethical standards.
