Job Summary

• As the Sales Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing sales processes to support revenue growth within the manufacturing and construction business.
• You will work closely with sales, project, finance, and operations teams to improve performance tracking, customer engagement, and execution of sales initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage efficient sales processes, forecasting, pipeline management, and performance reporting
• Collaborate with sales and project teams to support pricing, proposals, and contract execution
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer engagement strategies to identify growth opportunities
• Drive continuous improvement in sales operations while ensuring compliance with company policies and industry standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Sales & Marketing, Construction Management, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years experience in sales operations, preferably within construction, manufacturing, or engineering sectors
• Strong understanding of sales cycles, project bidding, and contract management
• Excellent leadership, analytical, communication, and CRM proficiency skills.

Salary
N450,000 - N500,000 / month.
