Job Title: Trade Marketing Executive

Job Summary

• As the Field Trade Marketing Executive, you will be responsible for controlling, monitoring, and protecting in-store execution quality across Modern Trade outlets.

Responsibilities

• Visit assigned Modern Trade stores and conduct daily in-store execution audits.
• Identify, document, and report execution gaps affecting sales performance.
• Monitor on-shelf availability (OOS) for all products and escalate critical gaps promptly.
• Verify correct pricing, placement, visibility, and communication in-store.
• Monitor planogram and shelf-space compliance across assigned outlets.

Requirements

• Candidates should possess an OND / HND / Bachelor’s degree (any discipline) with a minimum of 2 years experience in FMCG, retail, or trade marketing is preferred.
• Strong observation, reporting, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently in a field-based role with strong time management.
• High integrity, attention to detail, and execution discipline.

Salary
N150,000 - N200,000 per month.
