Job Title: Agency Banking POS Sales Executive

Description

  • The Agency Banking POS Sales Executive is responsible for driving the acquisition, deployment, and activation of POS terminals to merchants and agency banking partners.
  • The role focuses on expanding the agency network, increasing transaction volumes, and ensuring strong merchant relationships to drive revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, recruit, and onboard new agency banking agents and merchants.
  • Market and sell POS terminals and related financial service products.
  • Drive activation and usage of deployed POS terminals.
  • Conduct field visits to monitor merchant performance and resolve issues.
  • Educate agents on product features, transaction processes, and compliance requirements.
  • Achieve monthly sales and transaction volume targets.
  • Provide daily/weekly sales reports and pipeline updates.
  • Monitor competitor activities and provide market intelligence.
  • Ensure proper KYC documentation and compliance with regulatory guidelines.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with agents and merchants.

  • Number of POS terminals deployed monthly
  • POS activation rate
  • Transaction volume and value
  • Revenue generated
  • Agent retention rate
  • Market expansion coverage

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Minimum of OND / HND / BSc Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Banking & Finance, or related field.
  • 1–3 years sales experience (preferably fintech, banking, telecom, or FMCG).
  • Strong knowledge of agency banking operations and POS systems.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and meet targets.
  • Must be willing to work in the field.
