Adkan Service Nigeria Limited is a wholly indigenous construction company with a bias of undertaking construction projects essentially within the country. We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Architect

Location: Abuja (FCT)
Employment Type: Full-time

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Architecture from a recognized institution with 3 – 5 years post-NYSC experience in architectural design within the real estate or property development sector
• ARCON or COREN registered is an added advantage
• Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Lumion, Photoshop, and other architectural visualization tools
• Strong understanding of property development processes, from concept design to construction and finishing
• Ability to prepare architectural drawings, layouts, working drawings, and presentation models
• Familiarity with real estate market trends, building regulations, and environmental standards
• Excellent design creativity, spatial planning, and attention to detail
• Good communication and teamwork skills; able to collaborate with engineers, quantity surveyors, and project managers
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deliver within set timelines and budgets.
