We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Sales Coordinator

Location: Lekki, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

• The Sales Coordinator will support the sales team in managing client accounts, preparing quotations, processing orders, and ensuring excellent customer service.
• The ideal candidate should be organized, responsive, and able to work in a fast-paced engineering environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and follow up on quotations and proposals
• Process sales orders and coordinate with technical/operations teams
• Maintain customer records and sales documentation
• Track sales performance and prepare reports
• Communicate with clients regarding inquiries, deliveries, and payments
• Support the sales team in achieving monthly and annual targets
• Coordinate meetings, site visits, and client presentations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or HND in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or related field
• 2–4 years experience in a sales support or coordination role (experience in engineering or power sector is an advantage)
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Ability to multitask and pay attention to detail
• Strong organizational and follow-up skills.

Salary
N200,000 - N250,000 per month.
