We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Junior Recruitment Officer (Male)

Location: Ikeja, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Role Summary

• The Junior Recruiter will support the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing candidates to coordinating interviews. This role is perfect for a proactive individual looking to build a career in Human Resources and Talent Acquisition.

Key Responsibilities

• Post job ads and hunt for talent on social media and job boards
• Review CVs and conduct initial phone screens to filter top candidates.
• Schedule interviews and act as the main point of contact for applicants.
• Maintain the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and recruitment trackers.

Requirements

• B.Sc./HND in Human Resources or any related field
• Experience: 1-2 years in HR or recruitment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel/Word) and social media sourcing.
• Strong written and verbal skills to represent the company professionally.
• Must reside in or be able to commute easily to Ikeja.

Salary
N180,000 per month.
