Job Title: Warehouse Manager
Location: Ikeja, Lagos

Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily warehouse activities, including receiving, storage, picking, and dispatch.
- Ensure accurate inventory management and stock reconciliation.
- Monitor stock levels to prevent shortages or overstocking.
- Enforce health, safety, and hygiene standards within the warehouse.
- Coordinate with sales and distribution teams to ensure timely deliveries.
- Prepare daily/weekly inventory and operations reports.
- Manage and motivate warehouse staff to meet performance targets.
- Ensure proper handling of fast-moving consumer goods to prevent damage or expiry.
Requirements
- Minimum 3-5 years’ experience in warehouse operations, preferably in FMCG.
- Strong knowledge of inventory management systems and stock control.
- Good leadership and team management skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Basic proficiency in MS Excel and reporting tools.
