Job Summary

• We are looking for a results-driven Marketing Executive to promote our real estate properties, generate leads, and close sales.
• The candidate must have strong communication skills and a passion for real estate marketing.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute marketing strategies for property sales
• Generate and follow up on leads
• Conduct property inspections with prospective clients
• Manage digital marketing platforms and campaigns
• Prepare marketing reports and performance updates
• Build and maintain strong client relationships.

Requirements

• HND / B.Sc Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields
• 2 - 3 years experience in real estate marketing (preferred)
• Strong sales and negotiation skills
• Digital marketing knowledge is an advantage
• Target-driven and self-motivated.

Salary
Basic + Commission (Attractive).
