Job Summary

• As the hotel housekeeper you are to ensure guest rooms and public areas are clean, sanitary, and welcoming, directly impacting guest satisfaction.
• Core duties include cleaning bathrooms, making beds, vacuuming, replenishing linens/toiletries, and reporting maintenance issues.
• You must have high attention to detail, stamina for physical work, and adhere to security/privacy policies

Key Responsibilities and Duties

• Guest Room Cleaning: Thoroughly clean, dust, polish, and disinfect guest rooms, including bathrooms, furniture, mirrors, and fixtures.
• Linen/Amenity Management: Change bed linens, replace towels, and restock toiletries (soap, shampoo, toilet paper).
• Vacuuming/Mopping: Vacuum carpets and mop floors in guest rooms, hallways, and public areas.
• Sanitation: Empty trash containers, remove room service trays, and dispose of waste.
• Inspection & Reporting: Report any maintenance issues (broken lights, leaking faucets), safety hazards, or damage to supervisors.
• Lost & Found: Securely handle and report any items left behind by guests.
• Public Area Maintenance: Keep hotel lobbies, elevators, fitness centers, and hallways clean.
