Job Title: Property Manager

Location: Lekki, Lagos

Summary

• We are seeking a qualified and experienced Property Manager to join our real estate and property management team.

 Key Responsibilities

• Day-to-day management of residential and commercial properties.
• Coordination of maintenance, repairs, and service providers.
• Rent collection, service charge administration, and reporting to property owners.
• Tenant management, inspections, and compliance with lease terms.
• Preparation of property management reports and documentation.

Qualifications & Requirements

• BSc or HND qualificatiojn in Estate Management and Valuation from a recognized institution
• Advanced training and hands-on experience in managing multi-residential and commercial properties.
• Strong knowledge of tenancy administration, rent collection, service charge management, and property maintenance.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and reporting skills.
• Member of the Nigerian Institution of Estate Surveyors and Valuers (NIESV) is an added advantage
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple properties efficiently.

Salary
N150,000 - N200,000 monthly.
