Job Summary

• We are seeking a responsible, disciplined, and proactive Male Hostel Warden to oversee the daily operations of the male hostel. The successful candidate will ensure the safety, welfare, and proper conduct of residents while maintaining a conducive living environment aligned with institutional policies and standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage all activities within the male hostel.
• Ensure compliance with hostel rules and regulations.
• Maintain discipline, order, and a safe living environment.
• Monitor student attendance and movement in and out of the hostel.
• Address residents’ concerns, complaints, and welfare issues promptly.
• Conduct routine inspections of rooms and hostel facilities.
• Coordinate maintenance needs with the facility management team.
• Maintain accurate records of residents and incidents.
• Enforce security and emergency procedures.
• Provide guidance, mentorship, and support to residents.

Requirements

• Previous experience in hostel management, security supervision, student affairs, or similar role is an added advantage.
• Strong leadership and conflict resolution skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• High level of integrity, firmness, and responsibility.
