Job Title: Fishing Tools Supervisor

Location: Port Harcourt,  Rivers

Job Summary

• The Fishing Tools Supervisor is responsible for supervising fishing and remedial operations in both open and cased hole environments across various rig types.
• The role ensures safe, efficient, and technically sound execution of fishing, milling, and related well intervention activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise fishing operations in open and cased holes in diverse drilling environments.
• Oversee milling, reaming, and remedial operations to ensure operational efficiency and safety.
• Design fishing programs, including recommended BHA configurations and tool lists.
• Execute whipstock operations, including running whip, anchor, and mills.
• Provide detailed post-job reports to clients and the Fishing Coordinator.
• Attend client operational meetings (e.g., DWOP, CWOP) as required.

Requirements

• HND/ B.Sc  in Electrical Engineering.
• Minimum of 8 years’ experience in fishing operations.
• Strong technical knowledge of well intervention and well control.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and deliver results under pressure with minimal supervision.

Salary
N700,000 - N800,000 monthly.
