Job Title: Maintenance Engineer
Locations: Enugu aand Calabar - Cross River

Key Responsibilities
- Supervise maintenance of HVAC, electrical systems, plumbing, elevators, generators, and fire safety systems.
- Conduct routine inspections to ensure optimal performance of all facilities.
- Implement preventive and corrective maintenance schedules.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical faults promptly.
- Coordinate with external contractors and service providers.
- Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory standards.
- Monitor utility consumption and recommend energy-saving initiatives.
- Prepare maintenance reports and maintain accurate documentation.
Requirements
- Education: B.Sc. / HND in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering
- 4 - 6 years’ experience in facilities or building maintenance (mall or commercial property preferred).
- Strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical, and mechanical systems.
- Ability to read technical drawings and equipment manuals.
- Good problem-solving and supervisory skills.
- Familiarity with health and safety regulations.
