Job Summary
- We are seeking a smart, proactive, and customer-focused Assistant Showroom Manager to support daily store operations and drive sales performance.
- The Assistant Showroom Manager will support the Showroom Manager in overseeing store operations, supervising staff, ensuring excellent customer service, and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in managing daily showroom operations
- Supervise sales representatives and provide guidance
- Ensure excellent customer service experience
- Monitor stock levels and coordinate restocking
- Handle customer complaints professionally
- Support sales target achievement and promotional campaigns
- Maintain proper product display and store cleanliness
- Prepare daily/weekly sales reports
Requirements
- Minimum of OND / HND / BSc in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in retail sales (electronics store experience is an advantage).
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Good knowledge of smartphones, laptops, and gadgets.
- Basic computer skills (Excel & POS systems).
- Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.
