We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Title: Business Development Lead
Location: Lagos
Industry: Financial Services (BDC / FX)
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute business growth strategies
- Monitor FX market trends and identify new business opportunities.
- Work closely with operations and compliance teams to ensure all transactions align with CBN regulations.
- Lead negotiations and close FX and BDC-related deals.
- Identify and onboard new clients and strategic partners
- Manage and grow key accounts to increase revenue
- Monitor market trends and identify new opportunities
- Prepare performance reports and growth forecasts
Requirements
- Degree in Business, Finance or related field.
- 4+ years’ experience in business development within financial services
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets
- Strong negotiation and relationship management skills
- Strategic, target-driven, and commercially aware.
