Job Summary

• We seek a strategic, results-oriented Head of Sales and Marketing to continue to build, lead, and scale the marketing and sales function from the ground up.
• This role requires developing and executing revenue growth strategies, building a high-performance team, and driving nationwide expansion.
• The successful candidate will combine strategic thinking with hands-on execution to achieve ambitious business objectives.

Primary Responsibilities

• Develop and implement marketing and sales strategies to drive revenue growth nationwide.
• Build, lead, and train a high-performing marketing and sales team.
• Drive corporate, B2B, B2G, and retail sales, including distributor network development.
• Oversee digital marketing channels, branding, and campaigns.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new opportunities.
• Manage performance metrics, reporting, and CRM systems to optimize results.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s degree would be an advantage but not strictly necessary).
• 5+ years of marketing and sales leadership experience, including B2B/institutional sales.
• Proven experience building teams and implementing CRM systems.
• Strong strategic thinking, communication, and leadership skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, nationwide operational environment.
