Meltons Signature Limited is a hospitality management company offering affordable,luxury accommodation and restaurants with presence in Lagos, Ogun, Oyo and Kwara States.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Lounge Manager

Location: Ogudu, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

• Manage all Lounge operations within budgeted guidelines and to the highest standards
• Oversee and supervise floor staff ensuring service standards are maintained
• Preserve excellent levels of internal and external customer service
• Design exceptional menus, purchase goods and continuously make necessary improvements, identify customers’ needs and respond proactively to all their concerns
• Lead F&B team by attracting, recruiting, training, and appraising talented personnel
• Manage lounge’s good image and suggest ways to improve
• Drive lounge sales for profit optimization.
• Ensure guests have a good experience.

Requirements

• 5+ years of Lounge / Night life industry experience
• Proven track record in management of lounge operations with an emphasis on customer service and sales
• Ability to lead and manage a team of diverse staff while fostering a positive work environment
• Adept in managing financial aspects of the lounge including budgeting, forecasting, and inventory management
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Proven experience in jumping lounge sales
• Proven experience working in the hospitality industry on the Lagos Mainland.

Salary
N250,000 per month.
