Key Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate teams to achieve company objectives and growth targets.
• Monitor business performance and report results to senior management.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution.
• Evaluate and improve processes to maximize productivity and profitability.
• Stay updated on industry trends and competitors to adapt strategies and maintain a competitive edge.
• Oversee business development activities and manage client relations.

Qualifications

• HND/B.Sc. in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in business management or leadership roles.
• Strong financial and strategic planning skills.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation abilities.
• Proficiency in business management tools and software.
• Ability to make data-driven decisions and manage resources effectively.
