Belton Global Concern Limited offers a wide range of services some of which are the Sales, Production and Installation services. ‎Sales Department offers the sales of building materials such as Executive jaccuzzi, steamers, shower rooms, hot tubs, saunas with out standing features(massagers, radios and so on), shower cubicules, shower trays, power showers, standing showers and elevated showers of different colours, designs and sizes, cover baths, fibre baths, bath mixers, assorted brands of ceramic toilet seats & bath tubs, bidet,uriners, bathroom accessories,3-step towel rails, glass basins, glass block, glass shelves, designed mirrors, soap dish, unique toilet brushes & foot mats, different brands & liters of water heater and over head tanks, swimming pool materials,bore hole materials, squats,PVC.

Job Summary

  • As a Digital Analyst, you will play a crucial role in deciphering digital data to drive informed business decisions.
  • Your primary responsibility will be to analyze online user behavior, campaign performance, and digital market trends.
  • By interpreting data from various digital platforms, you will provide actionable insights that contribute to optimizing digital strategies and enhancing overall online presence.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Data Analysis: Utilize analytical tools to extract, transform, and analyze digital data. Interpret complex datasets to identify key trends, patterns, and insights. Provide regular reports on digital performance metrics, including website traffic, user engagement, and conversion rates.
  • Campaign Assessment: Evaluate the effectiveness of digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels. Collaborate with marketing teams to assess the impact of campaigns on brand visibility and customer acquisition. Recommend adjustments to optimize campaign performance based on data analysis.
  • User Experience (UX) Analysis: Analyze user journey and behavior on digital platforms to enhance overall user experience. Collaborate with UX/UI teams to identify areas for improvement in website and app design. Provide recommendations to increase user engagement and satisfaction.
  • Competitor Analysis: Monitor and analyze digital strategies employed by competitors. Identify market trends and opportunities to maintain a competitive edge. Present findings to stakeholders and make strategic recommendations.
  • Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO): Assess and optimize digital channels for improved conversion rates. Implement A/B testing and other methodologies to enhance website and campaign performance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement CRO strategies.

Requirements and Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, Statistics, or a related field.
  • Experience: Proven experience as a Digital Analyst or similar role.
  • Proficient in using analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, or similar platforms.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and quantitative skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills to convey complex data findings to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with digital marketing platforms, social media analytics, and advertising metrics.
  • Problem-Solving: Ability to identify issues and propose effective solutions to optimize digital performance.
  • Team Collaboration: Comfortable working in cross-functional teams and collaborating with various departments.
  • Adaptability: Ability to adapt to evolving digital trends and technologies.

Salary
N100,000 - N350,000 per month.
