Job Title: Inventory Assistant

Location: Ifo, Ogun
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

• The Inventory assistant is responsible for performing data entry of inventory updates in the management system while maintaining accurate stock records.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Prepare and update stock reports, dashboards, and inventory summaries as required.
• Assist in receiving, inspecting, and properly recording incoming stock
• Monitor stock levels, ensuring timely replenishment and accurate documentation.
• Support the inventory team with administrative and operational tasks as needed.
• Be responsible for, and check invoices against purchase order
• Access stock on a monthly basis and identify slow moving items to be discontinued.
• Accurately record and remove expired/ spoiled products from the shelves for disposal or return.
• Minimize instances of expiration on the shelves by ensure no close dated products are accepted at receipt.

Requirements

• Degree in Pharmacology, or any healthcare related degree
• A minimum of 1 year experience in a similar role
• Must have completed NYSC
• The ideal candidate should be resident around Magodo, Arepo, Magboro, Berger Ojodu, Ketu OPIC and environs
• Integrity and transparency
• Good Team Player
• Ability to take proper decision and action whenever any difficult situation arises.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Good analytical and organizational skills
• Strong attention to detail.

Salary
N180,000 - N200,000 per month.
