Job Summary
- Our client is seeking a smart, well-presented, and organized Secretary to manage administrative and client-facing responsibilities.
- The ideal candidate will be professional, discreet, and capable of maintaining confidentiality in a legal environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage office operations and attend to clients courteously.
- Schedule appointments, meetings, and court dates for legal practitioners.
- Prepare, type, and file legal documents and correspondence.
- Maintain proper documentation and record-keeping systems.
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and official communications.
- Support lawyers with administrative and clerical duties.
Requirements
- Minimum of HND/BSc in Secretarial Administration, Office Management, or related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a law firm.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Must be computer savvy with good knowledge of MS Office applications.
- High level of discretion and confidentiality.
- Proximity to Lekki Phase 1 or its immediate environs is a plus.
Salary
N100,000 - N150,000 / month.
