Job Summary

• We are hiring an experienced HR Manager to oversee recruitment, performance management, payroll (PAYE), reward management, and overall HR operations. Manufacturing experience is strongly preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage recruitment and onboarding
• Oversee performance management systems
• Manage compensation and benefits
• Handle PAYE and payroll coordination
• Ensure compliance with labor laws
• Develop and implement HR policies.

Requirements

• HND / B.Sc qualification
• Experience managing HR in a medium-sized organization
• Manufacturing sector experience preferred
• Strong discipline and accountability.

Salary
N450,000 + Performance Incentive.
