Job Title: Surveyor

Location: Epe, Lagos

Job Summary

• As the Surveyor, you will be responsible for conducting land and site surveys, preparing survey reports, and providing accurate measurements to support construction planning, design, and project execution.

Responsibilities

• Conduct land, site, and topographical surveys to determine boundaries and site conditions
• Prepare survey reports, drawings, and documentation for construction projects
• Use surveying equipment and software to obtain precise measurements and data
• Collaborate with engineers, architects, and project teams to support project planning and execution
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and safety procedures during survey operations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or HND in Surveying, Geomatics, Civil Engineering, or related field
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in land or construction surveying
• Proficiency in the use of surveying equipment such as total stations, GPS, and related software
• Strong analytical, technical, and problem-solving skills.

Salary
NGN 280,000 – 300,000 Monthly
