Job Title: Gas Power Plant / Utilities Manager

Job Summary

• The successful candidate will oversee the operation, maintenance, and pertormance optimization of the company's CNG-fired gas generator units (1.0-1.2 MW × 3) and associated gas infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operation of gas generator units.
• Implement scheduled maintenance in line with OEM specifications.
• Ensure availability of critical spares, consumables, and service parts.
• Execute predictive, preventive, and corrective maintenance.
• Supervise and train utilities technical staff
• Prepare and manage utilities department budgets.
• Liaise with Maintenance and Production to ensure uninterrupted power supply.
• Maintain technical records and performance reports.
• Oversee gas systems including gas skids, PRMS, flow lines, synchronizing panels, shutdown valves, and control systems.

Requirements

• B.Sc/ B.Tech / B.Eng in Electrical, Mechanical, Gas Engineering, or related discipline.
• NSE/ COREN registration is an advantage.
• Proven hands-on experience managing gas-fired power plants (2-5 MW).
• Strong knowledge of gas systems and generator synchronization.
• Demonstrated leadership and team management skills.
