Job Title: Quality Control Intern (NYSC)

Job Summary
- We are currently offering an exciting opportunity for a smart, motivated and detail-oriented NYSC Corps Member to join our team as a Quality Control Officer (Intern).
- This role offers hands-on experience in food quality assurance, production monitoring, and compliance within a structured manufacturing environment.
Responsibilities
- Assist in inspecting raw materials, production processes, and finished products
- Conduct routine quality checks on raw materials, in-process, and finished products
- Help in maintaining QC records and documentation
- Support hygiene, sanitation, and GMP compliance on the shop floor
- Assist during internal quality audits and inspections
- Support corrective and preventive action processes
- Report quality deviations to the QC Lead/Officer.
Qualifications / Experience
- Must be a serving NYSC corps member
- Degree in Food Science, Food Technology, Food Production, Bio-chemistry, Microbiology, orrelated discipline
- Basic understanding offood safety and hygiene practices
- Willingness to learn and work in a production/factory environment
- Good attention to detail and communication skills.
