Job Title: Client Service Personnel

Location: Opebi, Ikeja - Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Description

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally and courteously
• Respond to customer inquiries, complaints, and requests in a timely manner
• Provide accurate information about company products and services
• Record customer interactions and update records in the system
• Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department when necessary
• Meet daily, weekly, and monthly performance targets
• Generate revenue by converting leads, and closing sales where applicable
• Maintain updated customer records and call logs.

Requirements

• Added Advantage: minimum of 2 years administrative experience.

Salary
N170,000 - N180,000 / month
