Role Overview

• The Telesales Officer will be responsible for driving product sales through outbound and inbound calls, converting leads into customers, and supporting retail growth initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers
• Promote and cross-sell bank products and services
• Achieve assigned sales and revenue targets
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
• Follow up on leads and ensure conversion
• Deliver excellent customer experience

Requirements

• Candidates should possess a B.Sc Degree with 0 - 3 years experience in sales or customer service
• Strong communication and persuasion skills
• Target-driven and resilient
• Good knowledge of basic banking products.
