Job Title: Architect

Location: Port Harcourt, Rivers
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

• Are you innovative, detailed, and passionate about delivering premium residential and commercial designs?
• We are seeking a skilled Architect to join our project team.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop architectural concepts and 3D presentations
• Prepare detailed drawings and working plans
• Supervise project execution on-site
• Ensure designs comply with building codes and regulations
• Work closely with engineers and project managers

Requirements

• B.Sc. / M.Sc. Degree in Architecture
• 2–4 years of experience
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Lumion, etc.
• Strong knowledge of Nigerian building regulations
• Excellent presentation and communication skills
