Role Overview
- The Retail Collection Officer will manage delinquent accounts and ensure effective recovery of outstanding loan obligations.
Key Responsibilities
- Contact customers with overdue accounts
- Negotiate repayment plans
- Monitor loan portfolios and repayment schedules
- Escalate unresolved cases appropriately
- Maintain accurate documentation of collection activities
Requirements
- 0–3 years experience in collections or credit operations
- Strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills
- Attention to detail
- Ability to handle difficult conversations professionally.
- Not more than 28 years.
