Job Summary

• As the B2B Sales & Marketing Representative, you will be responsible for driving corporate sales, generating high-value business opportunities, and managing long-term client relationships.
• You will bridge strategic marketing initiatives with aggressive sales execution to expand the company’s footprint within the corporate and commercial market segments.

Responsibilities

• Identify and prospect high-value B2B clients through networking, cold outreach, and corporate engagements
• Conduct consultative sales meetings to understand client needs and propose tailored HVAC solutions
• Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure and client relationship management
• Track sales pipeline performance, report on KPIs, and maintain accurate client records.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or HND in Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields
• Minimum of 5 years experience in B2B sales, corporate marketing, or business development
• Prior experience in Air Conditioning systems, HVAC, or related technical industry is preferred
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office tools and digital prospecting platforms.

Salary
N500,000 - N700,000 monthly.
