Smart Nuel Communications Limited is a growing mobile technology retail company headquartered in Ikeja Computer Village, Lagos, one of Nigeria’s largest technology markets. The company specializes in the sales and distribution of mobile phones and related accessories across major cities in the country.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Branch Manager

Locations: Alaba, Lekki - Lagos and Aba - Abia
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

• The Branch Manager is responsible for the effective management of branch operations, sales coordination, staff supervision, and administrative control.
• The role ensures smooth daily operations, compliance with company policies, achievement of sales objectives, and proper coordination between the branch and Head Office.

Responsibilities

• Driving branch revenue growth and ensuring achievement of assigned sales targets.
• Overseeing daily operations of the branch to ensure efficiency and profitability.
• Supervising Sales Representatives, Cashier, Store Keeper, and Logistics personnel.
• Ensuring proper inventory management, stock reconciliation, and minimal stock loss.
• Reviewing and monitoring daily sales reports and cash reconciliation.
• Managing customer relations and resolving escalated complaints.
• Submitting periodic performance and operational reports to Management.

Requirements

• Minimum of HND/BSc in Business Administration, Accounting, Management, or related fields.
• 3–5 years’ experience in branch operations, sales, or administrative management.
• Enforcing compliance with the Company’s financial, operational, and internal control policies.
• Maintaining discipline, order, security, and professional standards within the branch.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Good knowledge of sales operations, inventory management, and basic accounting.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and business reporting tools.

Salary
N200,000 - N250,000 per month.
