Description

  • We are seeking to recruit a highly experienced, strategic, and results-driven Marketing Manager to lead its marketing and sales operations.
  • This role requires a mature and senior marketing professional with proven expertise in sales strategy, business development, team leadership, and revenue generation.
  • The ideal candidate must be able to build and lead high-performing sales teams, develop aggressive marketing strategies, and consistently drive the organization to achieve and exceedsales targets.

Role Overview

  • The Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that drive property sales, market expansion, and business growth.
  • The role requires strong leadership capability, strategic thinking, and the ability to translate marketing initiatives into measurable sales outcomes.
  • The successful candidate must demonstrate deep knowledge of marketing principles, strong business development capacity, and proven experience leading teams to achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing and sales strategies to drive property sales and revenue growth.
  • Lead, manage, and motivate the marketing and sales team to achieve and exceed set sales targets.
  • Design and execute innovative marketing campaigns that increase brand visibility, generate leads, and drive conversions.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities, partnerships, and strategic alliances that contribute to company growth.
  • Establish clear sales targets, KPIs, and performance metrics for the marketing team and ensure consistent achievement.
  • Monitor market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to inform strategic marketing decisions.
  • Develop and manage lead generation channels, including digital marketing, field marketing, partnerships, and referral networks.
  • Oversee client acquisition strategies and ensure a structured follow-up and conversion system within the marketing team.
  • Collaborate with management to develop pricing strategies, promotional offers, and product positioning for property sales.
  • Prepare and present periodic marketing performance reports, sales forecasts, and strategic insights to management.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with high-net-worth clients, investors, corporate partners, and key stakeholders.
  • Ensure that all marketing activities align with the company’s brand positioning and business objectives.
  • Provide mentorship, coaching, and continuous training for marketing executives to improve their performance and productivity.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Minimum of HND or BSc in Marketing, Business Administration, Economics, or a related discipline.
  • 3–5 years proven experience in marketing and business development, preferably within real estate, financial services, or related industries.
  • At least 3 years experience in a leadership or managerial marketing role.
  • Demonstrated history of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong understanding of modern marketing tools, digital marketing, and sales funnel management.
  • Strong knowledge of the real estate market and property sales dynamics will be an added advantage.
