Job Description

• We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Customer Service Intern to support our growing operations team.
• This internship provides an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in customer service, healthcare operations, and client management within a fast-growing healthcare services company.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to customer enquiries
• Assist in managing customer requests and service bookings.
• Support the documentation and record-keeping of customer interactions.
• Help manage social media responses and basic engagement.
• Escalate customer complaints or urgent issues to the appropriate team.
• Provide accurate information about MyMedicalBank services.

Requirements

• Minimum qualification: OND (students awaiting NYSC or recent graduates may apply).
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-focused attitude with willingness to learn.
• Basic knowledge of social media platforms.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Added Advantage
• Proximity to Ikeja will be considered an advantage.
