Smart Nuel Communications Limited is a growing mobile technology retail company headquartered in Ikeja Computer Village, Lagos, one of Nigeria’s largest technology markets.
The company specializes in the sales and distribution of mobile phones and related accessories across major cities in the country.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Storekeeper

Locations: Alaba & Lekki - Lagos and Port Harcourt, Rivers
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

• The Storekeeper / Inventory Officer is responsible for the effective receipt, storage, issuance, and control of all inventory.
• The role ensures accurate stock records, proper handling of goods, timely reporting, and coordination with suppliers and management to maintain optimal stock levels and prevent losses or discrepancies.

Responsibilities

• Ensuring the safety, organization, and accurate record-keeping of all inventory.
• Receiving and inspecting goods from suppliers to confirm quantity and condition.
• Issuing stock to Sales Representatives only upon presentation of a duly approved invoice.
• Maintaining proper documentation of all stock movements (inward and outward).
• Conducting periodic stock counts and reconciling discrepancies.
• Monitoring stock levels and reporting low or fast-moving items to Management
• Supporting audit processes and ensuring compliance with company inventory procedures
• Preventing stock loss, theft, or damage through strict control measures.

Requirements

• Minimum of an SSCE / OND in Accounting, Business Administration, or related field
• Previous experience in cash handling or an accounting role is an advantage
• Basic knowledge of accounting systems or MS Excel is desirable.
