Eterna Plc is a quoted Public Limited Integrated Energy Company engaging in the Manufacturing and Sale of Lubricating Oils; Importation and Bulk / Retail sale of Petroleum Products including PMS, AGO, LPFO, Base Oils, Bitumen; Export of Lubricants / Fuels, Bunkering, Gas Distribution and Marketing (LPG and NG); Offshore and Onshore oil services; Gas Processing; Equipment supply services and other Engineering and Technical Services for the Energy Industry.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Operations Manager

Location: Ogun

Responsibilities

• To optimize plant operations by improving operational efficiency, ensuring regulatory and safety compliance, enhancing production output, strengthening cost control, and maintaining high operational standards.
• The role will drive continuous improvement, process optimization, and operational excellence across the manufacturing value chain.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Petroleum Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years’ progressive experience within the lubricants, chemicals, energy, or related industrial sectors.
• Demonstrated hands-on experience within the functional area applied for.
• Proven track record of delivering commercial growth, operational efficiency, and measurable performance outcomes.
• Strong leadership capability, commercial acumen, and stakeholder management expertise.
