Overview

- We’re seeking a creative and skilled Social Media Manager to grow our online presence and build a vibrant community across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and TikTok.
- This role is ideal for someone who loves creating engaging content, building online communities, psychology- backed messaging and building brands people genuinely feel, through captivating storytelling.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, create, and schedule engaging content consistently (reels, TikToks, carousels, stories, live sessions).
- Design graphics and edit short-form videos aligned with Wellnest’s brand voice and aesthetic.
- Monitor DMs, comments, and actively nurture relationships with our online community.
- Collaborate with other brands to grow page's reach.
- Collaborate with the Digital Marketing Executive to ensure organic content aligns with campaigns and launches.
- Spot and adapt trending formats on TikTok and Instagram to Wellnest’s niche (mindset, parenting, growth).
- Support community engagement through interactive content, challenges, and online events.
- Track and report on growth metrics such as reach, engagement rate, and follower count.
- Consistently grow Wellnest’s social media pages and build an authentic, engaged community.
Qualifications & Experience
- B.Sc or HND in Communications, Marketing, Media, or related field.
- Minimum of 2 years’ proven experience managing social media accounts for brands, organizations, or communities.
- Proficient in Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, and short-form video editing tools (e.g., CapCut, InShot, Premiere Pro).
- Strong track record of creating original, high-quality social content.
- Experience with lifestyle, education, or book/publishing brands is an advantage.
Skills & Traits:
- Creative storyteller with excellent content creation and editing skills.
- Passion for community building and online engagement.
- Keeps up-to-date with TikTok and Instagram trends, enjoys experimenting with content formats.
- Proactive, organized, and collaborative.
- Strong interest in mindset, psychology, and personal growth.
- Excellent written communication and a strong eye for design and aesthetics.
Compensation
