Job Summary

  • We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented CNC Machinist Operator & Programmer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating, setting up, and programming CNC machines to produce precision components according to technical specifications.

Key Responsibilities

  • Set up, operate, and program CNC milling and turning machines.
  • Interpret detailed engineering drawings, P&ID specifications, and client technical requirements.
  • Program machines using G-code and CAM software for complex precision parts.
  • Machine high-grade materials such as carbon steel, stainless steel, duplex, super duplex, and alloy steels.
  • Maintain tight tolerances required for Oil & Gas equipment.
  • Conduct quality checks using measuring instruments (micrometers, calipers, gauges).
  • Ensure compliance with API, ISO, and client quality standards.
  • Perform preventive maintenance and troubleshoot machining issues.
  • Adhere strictly to HSE policies and Oil & Gas industry safety standards.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Candidates should possess an HND / B.Sc Degree with 3–5 years’ experience in CNC machining within the Oil & Gas sector.
  • Strong knowledge of G-code programming and CNC setup.
  • Experience in machining oilfield components (valves, flanges, wellhead parts, drill collars, etc.).
  • Familiarity with API standards and quality control procedures.
  • Ability to read and interpret complex engineering drawings.
  • Technical certification in Mechanical Engineering, Machining, or related field.
  • Strong understanding of workplace safety and industrial best practices.
