Job Title: Human Resources Officer
Location: Lekki, Lagos,

Description
- The role involves managing HR functions, developing and implementing HR policies, overseeing employee relations, and creating comprehensive job descriptions.
- Responsibilities also include supporting recruitment processes, managing performance reviews, and ensuring compliance with company policies and labor laws.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related fields
- Expertise in HR Management and Human Resources (HR)
- Experience with HR Policies and Job Description Development
- Proficiency in Employee Relations and conflict resolution
- Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of labor laws and best HR practices
- Professional certifications in HR (e.g., CIPM, SHRM) are a plus.
Salary
N200,000 - N300,000 monthly.
