Job Summary
- As the Spray Painter, you will be responsible for preparing and applying paint finishes to fiberglass products, ensuring smooth surfaces, high-quality finishing, and adherence to company production standards.
Responsibilities
- Inspect fiberglass products and prepare surfaces before painting
- Apply primer, base coat, and finishing paint using spray equipment
- Ensure consistent color quality and smooth finishing on all products
- Maintain painting tools, equipment, and cleanliness within the painting area.
Requirements
- Minimum of SSCE or relevant technical training
- 1 - 2 years of experience in spray painting or finishing work
- Knowledge of surface preparation, priming, and spray painting techniques
- Strong attention to detail and ability to deliver high-quality finishing.
