We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Facility Manager – Shortlet Apartment

Location: Abuja
Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily facility operations and building systems (power, lifts, pool, plumbing, HVAC).
• Supervise facility staff, cleaners, technicians, and vendors.
• Ensure high-end hospitality standards and prompt resolution of guest concerns.
• Conduct inspections and preventive maintenance.
• Ensure health, safety, and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• 5 years experience as a Facility Manager or Property Manager (shortlets, hotels, or serviced apartments preferred).
• Strong knowledge of building systems, lifts, swimming pools, and utilities.
• Demonstrated ability to attract clients and drive occupancy.
• Good understanding of shortlet platforms and hospitality operations.
• Strong communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and handle pressure.
• Basic computer skills (reports, emails, booking platforms).
