Job Title: Facility Supervisor

Location: Ikorodu, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities
The role is quite hands-on and technical, covering multiple areas:

• Plumbing: Supervising installation, repair, and maintenance of plumbing systems, water treatment equipment, sinks, tubs, and toilets.
• Electrical Work: Running tests, inspections, troubleshooting, and maintaining industrial electrical systems.
• Air Conditioning (A.C.): Installing and repairing air conditioning systems, performing emergency fixes, and ensuring efficiency.
• Generator Checks: Routine inspection and record-keeping for company generators.
• Preventive Maintenance: Developing schedules to avoid breakdowns and ensure smooth operations.
• Vendor Management: Coordinating with contractors and service providers for timely, cost-effective work.
• Health & Safety Compliance: Ensuring facilities meet fire, hygiene, and regulatory standards.
• Asset Management: Keeping records of repairs, warranties, and service history.
• Utilities Monitoring: Tracking electricity, water, and fuel usage to implement cost-saving measures.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or HND in Facility Management, Engineering, Estate Management, or related fields.
• 2–4 years’ experience in facility management (especially in retail, hospitality, or quick-service restaurants).
• Strong knowledge of building systems (electrical, mechanical, plumbing).
• Familiarity with safety and regulatory standards.
• Vendor management experience and strong organizational skills.
