Job Summary

  • We are seeking results-driven Sales Managers to promote and sell a logistics-focused product to companies across multiple sectors, including FMCG, Pharmaceutical, Manufacturing, Retail, and Distribution.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive sales strategies to achieve and exceed assigned revenue and onboarding targets
  • Prospect, pitch, and onboard enterprise and mid-market clients across assigned firms
  • Identify and engage decision-makers through cold visits, referrals, and follow-ups
  • Conduct in-person product demonstrations and clearly communicate value propositions
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients
  • Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to successful onboarding
  • Maintain accurate records of prospects, meetings, and conversions using approved tracking tools.

Requirements and Qualifications

  • Minimum of Second Class Lower (2:2) from a recognized institution
  • 1-3 years of Sales Manager experience in the same industry preferably
  • Basic IT proficiency, with working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Email)
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Strong relationship management and customer engagement abilities
  • Ability to learn product knowledge quickly and apply it in real sales situations.
