Job Title: Sales Manager (B2B – Logistics Product)

Job Summary
- We are seeking results-driven Sales Managers to promote and sell a logistics-focused product to companies across multiple sectors, including FMCG, Pharmaceutical, Manufacturing, Retail, and Distribution.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive sales strategies to achieve and exceed assigned revenue and onboarding targets
- Prospect, pitch, and onboard enterprise and mid-market clients across assigned firms
- Identify and engage decision-makers through cold visits, referrals, and follow-ups
- Conduct in-person product demonstrations and clearly communicate value propositions
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients
- Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to successful onboarding
- Maintain accurate records of prospects, meetings, and conversions using approved tracking tools.
Requirements and Qualifications
- Minimum of Second Class Lower (2:2) from a recognized institution
- 1-3 years of Sales Manager experience in the same industry preferably
- Basic IT proficiency, with working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Email)
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Strong relationship management and customer engagement abilities
- Ability to learn product knowledge quickly and apply it in real sales situations.
