Job Title: Sales Manager

Location: Lagos (Multiple Locations)
Employment Type: Full-time

Role Overview

  • We are seeking experienced Sales Managers to drive business development and sales growth across key commercial and industrial corridors within Lagos and its surrounding areas.
  • The ideal candidates will possess strong B2B factory sales experience, an extensive industry network, and a proven ability to secure large corporate or project-based accounts.

Territory Coverage
Successful candidates will be assigned to one of the following territories:

  • Lagos Mainland & Agbara Axis
  • Lagos–Ibadan Expressway Corridor – focusing on industrial clusters and commercial developments along the route
  • Ikorodu – Shagamu Interchange Axis – targeting industrial clients, businesses, and project opportunities
  • Sango-Ota – Iyana-Ipaja Corridor – with extended coverage to the Ikeja–Abeokuta axis.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets within assigned territory.
  • Identify and secure B2B opportunities with factories, industrial clients, and commercial projects.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, contractors, and project developers.
  • Drive business development initiatives and expand market penetration.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
  • Work closely with distributors and channel partners to ensure product availability.
  • Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and pipeline updates for management.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 5–8 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in industrial, manufacturing, or building materials sectors.
  • Strong network within the Lagos industrial and commercial market.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and developing new business.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.
  • Ability to travel within assigned territory.

Salary
N500,000 / month.
