Job Title: Account Manager (ICT Sales)

Role Summary

  • The Key Account Manager is responsible for managing assigned accounts within targeted sectors such as Public Sector, Microfinance Banks, SMEs, Manufacturing, and Hospitality.
  • The role focuses on client acquisition, solution-based selling, and building strong mid-level client relationships to drive revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow assigned name accounts within designated sectors
  • Generate and qualify leads through outbound prospecting and referrals
  • Prepare and deliver proposals, including responses to RFQs and RFPs
  • Collaborate with presales teams to develop tailored client solutions
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets while maintaining accurate CRM records.

Requirements

  • 2–3 years’ experience in B2B or solution-based sales
  • Experience selling technology solutions, SaaS, or ICT services is an advantage
  • Strong prospecting, follow-up, and relationship management skills
  • Ability to adapt and grow within a structured sales environment
  • Proficiency in CRM tools (Zoho CRM preferred).

Salary
N350,000 monthly.
